PURPOSE:To reduce the trapping of air and to prevent the deterioration of products by miniaturizing the structure of the pouring hole block to be joined to the pouring hole of the injection sleeve, inserting it within the thickness of the fixed die plate, approaching the pouring hole to the fixed die side and shortening the injection sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The pouring hole block 19 attached in the case 23 as one body like rotates the adjusting shaft 28 which is fitted in the groove of the guide shaft 25 fitted in the centering hole of the case and penetrated through. The wedge block 30 screwed to the adjusting shaft is moved and adjusted while being slided in contact with the surface of the case, and the packing 22 is fitted in the annular seat 18 of the recessing part of the injection sleeve pouring hole 16 and pressed and seated, these are the joining structure. Because the position of the pouring hole can be received within the thickness T of the fixed die plate, the injection sleeve 10 can be shortened and the molten metal filling rate is improved. Therefore, the air space volume upper side of the surface of molten metal when the molten metal is poured in the injection sleeve is made small and the air volume is reduced, the air trapping mixing can be reduced and the deterioration of the quality of products can be prevented.
