CONSTITUTION:The binding tapes for the part b, where the shape change after fastening is small, of a glass binding tape 6 and the part a, which is deprived of heat by the contact with metallic substances such as a clamp 5 are thermally hardened prior to fastening, and at the time of fastening on site only the very small part c is thermally hardened so as to bind an iron core, a clamp, etc. Hereby, the thermally hardening part becomes very small, and large-scale facilities can be needless, and also it an be bound surely.
