PURPOSE:To display an excellent propulsion function and at the same time restrain the stirring of a mud surface by constituting a propulsion lug changeably to an operation posture in which it is positioned at the outer periphery portion of a wheel, and a non-operation posture in which it is retreated to the diametrical inner side than the wheel outer periphery portion. CONSTITUTION:At a rear wheel 2, a rubber tire 2D is baked at the outer periphery of a rim 2C, and beeline lugs 2a and propulsion lugs 2b are provided at the rubber tire 2D. In this instance, a propulsion lug 2b is so constituted that a lug 2b1 on a machine body lateral outside is formed integrally with the tire 2D, and at the same time a wide lug 2b2 on a machine body inside is swingably supported at a spoke 2B, and change to an operation posture in which the position is made to be at the outer periphery portion of the wheel and a non-operation posture in which retreat is made to the diametrical inner side than the outer periphery portion of the wheel, through a propulsion lug projection and retreat mechanism D, is possible. And the mechanism D is constituted with push-pull rods 8 connected to lugs 2b2, a cam 10 fixed at a wheel case 9, and springs 11 energizing lugs 2b2 onto the diametrical inner side of the wheel.
