WIRING METHOD FOR UNWIRED SECTION OF MULTILAYERED PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE:To improve the workability of manual addition of wiring to an undesigned section by displaying the position, which is not brought into contact with an already wired pattern and where bare may occur, as a mark on a graphic display device with respect to pattern design of a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The position where bare may occur is automatically extracted in a CAD system in consideration of already wired elements of all wiring layers, and only the extraction result and an unwired section are displayed on the graphic display device. Thus, the workability of manual route search work in the unwired section is improved. When a route is searched in the unwired section after the automatic wiring processing of a CAD device, X and Y wiring layers have idle tracks left and have a relatively large margin for pattern addition because plural patterns can pass between grids, but the position where bare may occur is limited and there is much probability of bare limit in the case of additional wiring because bare connecting wiring layers is formed through all wiring layers, and the position where bare may occur is displayed to very easily perform the manual additional wiring work.
