PURPOSE:To improve vibration-damping properties, processability, and durability by dispersing a substance having a specified Young's modulus in a viscoelastic resin. CONSTITUTION:The title resin comprises a viscoelastic resin (A) pref. comprising a crosslinkable viscoelastic resin obtd. by reacting a satd. copolyester with an isocyanate compd. and having a glass transition point of -50 to 100 deg.C and the max. value of loss tangent (tan delta) due to glass transition in the range of frequency of 0.1-2000Hz of 0.5 or higher and 1-50vol.% substance (B) having a b.p. of pref. 200 deg.C or higher, the largest particle diameter of 0.1-100mum, a Young's modulus at a temp. at which the loss tangent (tan delta) of the resin due to its glass transition reaches the max. value of 1X107dyne/cm2 or lower, and a Young's modulus at a temp. in the range of -50 to 100 deg.C of 1X107dyne/cm2 or lower (e.g. a silicon compd.) dispersed in component (A).
