PURPOSE: To manufacture a resin composite type vibration-damping steel plate making high vibration-damping properties and high tensile shear adhesive strength at normal temperature coexist. ;CONSTITUTION: A resin composite type vibration-damping steel plate is manufactured by holding a vibration-damping resin layer between two steel plates, and one surface or both surfaces of two steel plates are coated with a mixed resin liquid, with which two kinds or more of resin dispersions having different glass transition temperatures are mixed, and the resin liquid is dried, and the two steel plates are laminated through a resin-liquid coated surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
