PURPOSE:To implement processing of plural management operations in parallel simultaneously by generating/deleting a relevant management information protocol machine to each management operation when the management operation is executed to a managed node from an application section of a management node. CONSTITUTION:When the management operation is implemented from an application section 10 of a management node 1 to a node 2 to be managed, an event processing section 30 generates a management information protocol machine of the management operation, applies protocol processing, executes the management operation to an application section 20 to be managed and applies reply processing from the node 2 to be managed via the generated management information protocol machine based on a received event when the reply event of the management operation is received. Then plural operations to the node 2 to be managed is implemented simultaneously by deleting the management information protocol machine in use. Moreover, the same processing is implemented even when an event generated in the node 2 to be managed is informed to the management node 1 to attain plural notices to the management node 1.
