CONSTITUTION:Atomic actiontree constitution information tables 51, 52, and 53 can be respectively obtained by atomic actiontree constitution information obtaining means 11, 21, and 31. A program fault detecting means 24 detects the program fault of an intermediate node 2. An automatic transport connection repeating means 23 automatically repeats the information by the transport layer of the intermediate node 2. A 2-phase commit sequence processing means 22 automatically repeats the commit preparation completion information or the commit executing request by using the automatic transportation connection repeating means 23.
