ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE BLEND OF INTRINSIC CONDUCTIVE POLYMER AND THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER, AND PREPARATION OF THE BLEND

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a workable and electrically conductive polymer blend comprising an intrinsically conductive polymer and an insulating thermoplastic material. ;CONSTITUTION: This polymer blend is obtained by blending (A) 1-50 pts.wt. of an intrinsically conductive polymer (dope polyaniline), (B) 99-50 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic material consisting of B₁: 99-1% of a thermoplastic polymer (example: polyvinyl chloride, a copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, etc.), and B₂: 1-99% of an impact controlling agent, (C) 0-66 pts.wt. of a non-ester plasticizer (example: sulfonamide), and as required (D) 0-20%, based on A, of an acidic surfactant.
