PURPOSE:To rapidly and exactly execute the anastomosis treatment of the cut parts of the digestive canals to each other by pivotally fitting plural levers to a crossed state by means of a pivot to a fork type, providing a stapler mechanism at the working end thereof and devising the handle part of the power end so as to be easily gripped and operated. CONSTITUTION:A three-forked tongue member T is formed by crossing 3 pieces of the levers 1, 2, 3 and pivotally fitting these levers by the pivot P. The anvil jaw part 11 on the working end side of the 1st lever 1 is positioned in the lowermost stage and the handle part 14 on the gripping side is positioned in the uppermost stage. The tooth jaw part 21 at the working end of the 2nd lever 2 is positioned in the uppermost stage part and the handle part 24 on the gripping side is positioned in the lower stage part. The middle jaw part on the working end side of the 3rd lever 3 is positioned in the middle stage part and the gripping side forms a bow-shaped curvilinear part 34 having an excellent spring characteristic. In addition, a long hole 35 is opened at the end thereof and is freely slidably connected to the inside surface of the 2nd lever handle part 24. A hard stainless steel having excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance is used for the anastomosis device.
