CONTROL METHOD FOR HIERARCHY TYPE DATA BASE

PURPOSE:To simplify an access processing of a data base by providing the hierarchy information expressed by a hierarchy number and an in-hierarchy sequence number, on an index part, with regard to a data expression on an accumulation structure of the data base. CONSTITUTION:As for a segment of A, a hierarchy number (01), and an inhierarchy sequence number (00) are given. As for a segment of B, a hierarchy number (01) and an in-hierarchy sequence number (01) are given, and thereafter, numbers are given to a segment in the same way. When it is expressed on an accumulation structure, in a segment E, hierarchy information of the segments A, C of its higher rank, segment indexes 0100a, 0202c, hierarchy information 0302 of the segment E, and a segment index part e1 are stored in an index part, and in its subsequent data part, a data of E1 is stored.
