PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a problem on control responsibility accompanied to a change operation of a data content, and generation of an evil caused by an erroneous change of information by an erroneous operation.;SOLUTION: This hierarchy data control device controls a plurality of hierarchy data provided accessibly in response to authorities of a plurality of hierarchies. The hierarchy data control device is provided with an access permission part 107 for permitting to the authority of the optional hierarchy an access to a data corresponding to the authority of the hierarchy same or lower to/than the optional hierarchy, a data selection part 104 for selecting any out of preset prescribed data to permit a change request of the data content based on the authority of the hierarchy higher than the the optional hierarchy, out of the data corresponding to the authority of the optional hierarchy, based on the change request of the data content based on the authority of the hierarchy higher than the optional hierarchy, a change request acquiring part 101 for acquiring the change request of the data content based on the authority of the hierarchy higher than the authority of the optional hierarchy, in the selected data, and a change execution part 105 for changing the selected data content, based on the acquired change request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
