METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INTEGRATED EVALUATION OF WORK FACILITY OF PLURAL WORK KINDS OF ARTICLE

PURPOSE:To facilitate the integrated decision for whether workability and assemblability, etc., are good or bad by executing an integrated evaluation of work facility of plural work kinds of parts and an article, based on a functional expression or a function for synthesizing a result of evaluating plural work kinds at every work kind by a work facility evaluating method of every work kind. CONSTITUTION:A state of an article or parts is classified into the corresponding fundamental elements at every work kind thereof, and an index for showing the degree of relative difficulty of a work related to each fundamental element is determined. Also, the article or the parts having a prescribed state being a reference of the evaluated article or the parts is set as an article reference or a parts reference of the article or the parts, and when the work cost and/or the work necessary time of the article or the parts increase from the work cost and/or the work necessary time of the article reference or the parts reference from each reference element for showing a state of the evaluated article or parts, or its index, an article or parts work facility mark being an index for showing the degree of relative difficulty of the work related to the article or the parts is calculated. In such a way, the facility of the work of plural work kinds is evaluated quantitatively.
