When the drawing element of the outer circumference is extracted, a horizontal dimension drawing setting part 3 sets the drawing data to the dimension of the horizontal direction while avoiding the interference by giving a priority sequence, a diameter dimension drawing setting part 4 distributes the display position to either the right and left of a parts graphic or in the graphic, sets the drawing data to the dimension of the diameter direction, and an inner circumference dimension drawing processing part 5 controls the dimension drawing data and outputs them to a desired display means 8.
