AUTOMATIC DRAWING DEVICE FOR DISPLAYING DIMENSION OF PARTS DRAWING

PURPOSE:To remove the load of an enginner and to improve workability by distributing hole diameter designating data to a previously set are in case of outputting part drawing data to a side view and automatically determining the recording positions of dimension lines, leader lines and dimension data. CONSTITUTION:A circle graphic is frequency used for indicating a hole diameter and a hole position on the side view of a round parts. Thereby, a concentrical graphic element extracting part 1 extracts a concentrical graphic element from respective graphic elements of parts drawing data, a retrieval setting part 2 retrieves the number of same concentric circles and a tap element from the concentrical graphic elements and a drawing area processing part 3 arranges the hole diameter designating data for respective concentrical graphic elements on any one of drawing areas previously set up based on reference setting data. A hole diameter dimension drawing data setting part 4 integrates these data and execute drawing processing to set up hole diameter dimension drawing data. The set result is outputted to a side view dimension drawing processing part 5.
