PURPOSE:To prevent the evaporation and deterioration of blood serum for calibration, by sealing a vessel of the blood serum for calibration housed in a housing part tightly by a covering part being capable of opening and shutting freely and also, cooling through the housing part. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 2 is sealed tightly by a packing 8 at the time not using a blood serum for calibration 1. Further, when an electric current is supplied to a Peltier element 4, heat is absorbed from a housing part 3 to the absorption face of the element 4 and is conducted to the heat radiation face of the opposite side and conducted heat is radiated in the air through a bracket 5. Accordingly, the temperature of the part 3 is dropped and the serum 1 is cooled. On the one hand, in case of using the serum 1, an arm 9 is rotated by driving a motor 12 and the packing 8 is detached from the vessel 2. Then, the serum 1 is taken out through a nozzle etc. placed within a biochemical automatic analysing apparatus. Hereby, the efficiency and reliability of the biochemical analysis are improved.
