It is to inject a hot air flow relatively large, silently and at low speed. The heating element (20) and the blower (21) provided in a duct (11) at the bottom of a sound-absorbing casing (1), creating and laterally above the conduit channeling and distribution chambers (14, 15 ), provide soundproofing and relaxation flow blower. Relaxation occurs, since the shape of the envelope in two cylindrical turbulence rotating in opposite directions in the same envelope, ensuring a uniform hot air outlet. Filter, register and blower are protected against dirt.
