The hybridoma cell line is applicable to science for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. It is highly productive in vitro, and the use of its secreted monoclonal antibody increases the degree of detection of the antigen determinant NOC-2. The line is created by fusion of splenocytes from immunized myslom cells from mice, line BALB/c - with mouse myelin cells of the line P3x63Ag8.653 and is registered in NBPMKK under No. 1683.
