Device for connecting a number of three-phase loads to a three-phase network RST in more stages than two, dependent upon a temperature regulator and a load relay 10, where the elements E1-E6 belonging to different phases are connected in series in pairs and the series connections are connected to separate phases, while the connection between the phase components E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6 in each series connection are connected to the third phase and switches K1, K2, R1, R2 are arranged in the different connections for suitable connection of the different phase components E1-E6 to achieve a suitable number of power stages.
