Transmitter/receiver in particular for a radio link, in which transmitter/receiver at least the high frequency terminal stage of the transmitter part is doubled by means of the heat replacement principle, where the transmitter part comprises a first high frequency terminal stage 22 connected to the aerial 8, 28 and a second high frequency terminal stage 24 for heat replacement utilization. The transmitter/receiver according to the invention is characterized in that the high frequency signals fed into the first and second terminal stages 22, 24 are synchronized with each other and in that the second high frequency stage 24 for the heat replacement utilization is connected for supplying the second aerial 32 with approximately equal phases or with a predetermined phase displacement in comparison with the supply to the first-mentioned aerial 28 from the first high frequency terminal stage 22 and in that the aerials 28, 32 are side by side or one above the other in the same plane at a predetermined distance s from each other, where the common aerial pattern of the aerials 28, 32 has minimum points in directions dependent upon the distance s.
