The invention described is a stamp machine with: an upper rotating disk (2) with multiple punch groups (4); a lower rotating disk (5) with multiple matrix groups (7); a primary body (38) that can be transferred to a lower position in order to tighten a thin plate against a second body (41) held on the lower disk (5); and means (28) of determining a set rotation of the second body (41) and as such the same rotation as the thin plate.
