A fixed dental prosthesis consists of one or more support caps in metal material with ductile grade such as will easily allow for adaptation to the shape of the teeth or the prosthetic anchors. - Above said support caps are held for fusion of the artificial teeth, the forming of the chewing surface of which is shaped through a method of fabrication of the prosthesis which provides for the definition of the imprint of the chewing surface positioning directly in the mouth of the patient, a wax model, or part of a model, of the crown of the prosthetic supported by said support caps.
