the rhenium oxo complexes with ligand octaethylporphyrin or 5,10,15,20 - tetraphenylporphyrinen or 5,10,15,20 tetra (4 - pyridyl) - porphyrins as ligands, which may be on an anion zentralatom and processes for the manufacture of the complex are presented.
