The DC motor has permanent magnets on a stand forming a magnetic conclusion, and an armature carrying a winding and a collector which rotates inside the stand, or with permanent magnets on a runner and with a rotating magnetic field on the stand. The magnetic ring sectors (1) have a radially magnetised main pole, on each side of which is an auxiliary pole (6) magnet is vertically to the pole surface, main and auxiliary poles being limited by a vertex line (11). The auxiliary pole on the run-out edge is commonly, and on the run-in edge uncommonly magnetised with the main pole. Through the angle of inclination of the auxiliary pole to the armature, the power take-off, degree of effect and commutation can be regulated and influenced. In order to achieve an absolute demagnetisation strength of the magnetic ring sectors (1), the auxiliary poles (6) in a geometrical neutral zone (4) have on the run-out and run-in edges uncommon pole fields with the armature cross field.
