FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR RECLAMATION SITE, BANKING SITE, AND THE LIKE

PURPOSE:To quickly construct a foundation at low cost by a method in which when reclamation work or banking work for the surrounding of caisson is ended, piles are driven through a caisson, base reinforcing bars are set in the caisson, and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:A caisson 1 is set at a given position before or during reclamation or banking work, and then reclamation or banking work is applied to the surrounding of the caisson 1. Piles 2 are penetrated through holes 12 and thin portions into the ground. Top end 21 projected in the caisson is chipped, reinforcing bar cage is set in the caisson 1, and concrete 4 is placed into the caisson and hardened. The period of the construction work can thus be shortened greatly, and a stable and strong foundation in which the piles and the caisson are integrated can be constructed.
