PURPOSE:To provide a composition for eliminating foul breath, exhibiting strong deodorizing effect on various foul-smelling components of foul breath and having high safety. CONSTITUTION:Green tea is extracted with hot water, the extracted liquid is adjusted to a refractive sugar concentration of 15-25 and heated at 80-100 deg.C for 1-5 hr and the generated insoluble component is removed. The obtained extract is used as an active component of the objective foul breath eliminating agent. A foul breath elimination food is produced by adding the agent to a food such as candy or drink.
