摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject product having the effects of both TOCHU tea (tea made from the leaf of Euonymus tricocarpus) and roast tea, having the fragrance of the roast tea to eliminate the characteristic disagreeable smell and taste of TOCHU tea and exhibiting mild taste and flavor by mixing raw leaves or extract of TOCHU tea with leaves or extract of roast tea. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective product can be prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. of the raw leaves and/or extract of TOCHU tea with preferably ≥100 pts.wt. of the leaves and/or extract of roast tea. The raw leaf of TOCHU tea is preferably produced by spontaneous drying.
