NUMERICAL CONTROLLER WITH NC PROGRAM GENERATING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: To exactly plot a working drawing on a CRT screen in a short time by reading the working drawing by an image scanner, and displaying it through a communicating means and a picture conversion processing means. ;CONSTITUTION: At the time of editing an NC program by an interactive form, a working drawing 1 designed by a CAD or the like is read through an image scanner(working drawing reader) 2 and a communicating means 3, and transmitted to a picture conversion processing means 4. The picture conversion processing means 4 displays the picture of the working drawing 1 at a display device 6 by a prescribed time size. When a signal is inputted from an inputting device 5 by the interactive form while looking at the display picture, the picture conversion processing means 4 receives the signal from the inputting device 5, and corrects the picture of the working drawing on the display device 6. When the signal is inputted from the inputting device 5 by the interactive form while looking at the corrected working drawing on the display device 6, an automatic program editing means 7 receives the input signal, and fetches working data such as the size and shape of the working drawing or the like from the picture conversion processing means 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
