PURPOSE:To improve a fish reef area so as to promote the breeding of fishes and seaweeds by producing a forced rising current in each cylinder unit erected in water for a prescribed number of fish reef groups and arranging the environment of forced circulating convection or pumping and feeding eutrophic seawater of deep sea. CONSTITUTION:Each assembled fish reef 2 is constructed by combining rod units made of a synthetic resin, etc., and an intermittent air water pumping device 3 equipped with an air chamber 5 at the bottom is installed in the central part of the assembled fish reef 2. The assembled fish reefs 2 are suitably connected with the rod units to form a gigantic fish reef group. As a result, the water temperature becomes constant and nutrient sources are uniformized to provide active breeding of seaweeds 35, etc., and environment of a fish reef area is improved.
