PURPOSE: To obtain a material for reducing injury by continuous cropping by using a new fungus belonging to the genus Trichoderma. ;CONSTITUTION: A fungus belonging to the genus Trichoderma having resistance to agricultural chemicals and strong antagonism on soil pathogenic fungi is separated from a microorganism capable of decomposing carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in soil.
