PURPOSE: To provide an inflation controller for a CTIS tire capable of being applied to various type controller states and applications. ;CONSTITUTION: The inflation controller for a tire comprises a means 120 for generating a series of valve open signals of a time length T in response to an inflation signal based on a present tire pressure to finish continuation of the signal in response to the means 120 for sensing a suitable tire pressure, means 128, 130, and 132 for generating counted values of the series of the signals, and a means for increasing a time length of next series if the counted value is greater than a predetermined counted range and decreasing the length of the next series if the counted value is less than the predetermined counted value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
