PURPOSE:To obtain the title device capable of removing a large amount of shell of boiled eggs in a short time, having greatly improved hygienic aspect, including a process of pushing boiled eggs from above by a press machine under such pressure as to crack only shell at the outer periphery part at the central position. CONSTITUTION:Boiled eggs 1 transported side by side by a conveyor with blades are pushed at the outer periphery part of the central position from above by a press machine 2 under pressure to crack only shell, then the boiled eggs 1 are sandwiched in the longer direction by adsorption pats 3 in a state of shell of the boiled eggs 1 adsorbed from both sides by one-fourth of the boiled eggs, the adsorption pats 3 are rotated left and right reversely while jetting water 6 toward the central position of the cracked shell 5 of the boiled eggs 1 by a high-pressure nozzle 4 and the shell is separated outside to give the objective device.
