摘要

PURPOSE:To offer a capacitor module by which the length of a bonding wire for supplying a power to a microwave integrated circuit can be shortened, and a microwave module equipped with the same. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor module is equipped with interposed a dielectric substrate 1, a single common electrode 2 provided on one face, and plural electrodes 3a and 3b independently provided on the other face, having a zigzagged boundary 4 between them. And also, the microwave module is constituted of a microwave integrated circuit 5 including a monolithic microwave integrated circuit or the like, bias circuit 6, capacitor module 7, and package 8 mounting those equipments. The capacitor module 7 is provided so that either of the plural electrodes 3a or 3b can be adjacent to the side face of the integrated circuit 5, the common electrode 2 is grounded, and the electrode 3b or 3a at the farther side to the integrated circuit 5 is connected through the part at the nearer side to the integrated circuit 5 with the integrated circuit 5 by the wire bonding.
