PURPOSE: To easily and surely confirm the operation timing by sampling and storing the displacement speed of a movable table and the operation state of a position sensor for each time and graphing the data. ;CONSTITUTION: A CPU 34 reads the speed information of a movable table S to be displaced in the original position direction from a pulse generator 20. The output of a deceleration starting limit switch 22, the output of an original position retrieval limit switch 24, and the Z-phase signal of the pulse generator 20 are read for each set sampling time to be stored in a memory 30.
