The hydrostatic adjusting device (1) has a control housing having a cylindrical bore. A control piston (11) is provided in the control housing. The hydraulic fluid is supplied to servo lines (28,28') through inlet passages (24,24') by displacement of the control piston. The hydraulic fluid is discharged through outlet passages (27,27'). The back pressure control devices (40,40') are provided in spacers (30,30') respectively so as to limit the back pressure in servo lines, when hydraulic machine (2) is in zero position.
