摘要

Based on material testing machine pressure control system, the paper adopts servo valve and proportional valve to compose pressure control system, separately, relies on the tested system response and the identified model, compares and analyses the stability, rapidity and accuracy of the two kinds of system, finds out the important parameters which make the two systems different in performance. By theoretical and practical results, points out that proportional system can replace servo system when under certain conditions and generalizes the key parameters that should be considered.
