PURPOSE:To prevent forgetfulness of page numbers correction and occurrence of mistakes due to misunderstanding by decreasing manhour. CONSTITUTION:A double spread page specifying means 13 is present in a document correcting means 11, and rewrites the content of a double spread page specifying flag. A document printing means 14 is present in an information processor 1, and prints the content of a document file 2. A page numbers deciding means 15 is present in the document printing means 14, and, by referring to the content of the double spread page specifying, decides whether change a page or not, and then informs a blank page inserting means 16 of the deciding result. The blank page inserting means 16 is present in the document printing means 14, and, obtaining the deciding result given by the page numbers deciding means 15, inserts a blank page in a document. A printer output means 17 outputs the content of the document file 2 onto a printer.
