PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for the device for copying a document for a conference for a plurality of participants on real time basis. PSOLUTION: The document exchange device for supporting an audio/video conference session includes an image capturing component configured so that the scanned image for the document is generated and an output component configured so that the printed image for the document is provided. The user interface for the document exchange device is configured so that connection information including whether or not the device is connected to the document exchange session concerning the conference session is displayed. A list of the documents exchanged during the document exchange session and the list of the document exchange devices connected to the document exchange session are also included in the information displayed by a user interface. A data network connection port which enables external communication to be made possible is included.
