摘要

PURPOSE: To enhance the liquid leak tightness of a cell by coating adhesive coating agent which is mainly composed of epoxy while benzotriazole is being added as addition agent, to a portion which is to be sealed by a negative electrode can or the insulating material of a negative electrode current collector. ;CONSTITUTION: A gasket 3 is provided in a gap between a negative electrode can 1 and a positive electrode can 2, and coating agent 4 is interposed between the negative electrode can 1 and the gasket 3. The coating agent 4 is adhesive coating agent which is mainly composed of epoxy while benzotriazole is being added as addition agent. In this case, the coating agent 4 is formed in such a way that second addition agent such as polyamide, denatured polyamide, denatured polyamine and the like is furthermore added together with alcohol as solvent to the aforesaid coating agent. The coating agent 4 can be uniformly app1.ied to the current collector by regulating the viscosity of mixture with the quantity of alcohol regulated. A cell excellent in liquid leak tightness can be obtained by injecting and coating the mixture on the gasket 3 so as to be coupled with the negative electrode can, so that it is polymerized and hardened thereafter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
