PURPOSE: To provide a combined current/voltage transformer for a gas insulated high voltage device sealed by metal in which manufacturing costs can be reduced, the size can be made small, and measuring precision can be increased. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a current/voltage sensor 10 and a signal processor following this sensor, and a coil 14 wound in a torus is used as a current sensor, and a hollow cylindrical measuring electrode 15 is used as a voltage sensor. When the current/voltage sensor 10 is inserted into a metallic capsule 4, the coil 14 and the measuring electrode 15 coaxially surround a current conductor 5 of the device. In this case, the current/voltage sensor 10 is formed so that a signal equivalent to the desired time change of currents and a voltage can be outputted at the output edge, and a signal processor is provided with at least one integrating device acting on the output signal of the current/voltage sensor 10.
