IN-MOLD FOAM MOLDING METHOD FOR FOAMABLE SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDED PIECE AND IN-MOLD FOAMING MOLD USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To reduce the occurrence of a foamable synthetic resin material particle unfusion phenomenon to the minimum possibility on a part of a surface or inside of a foamable synthetic resin molded piece. ;CONSTITUTION: In a heating chamber 5 of at least one of a pair of molds 1, a partition wall 15 crossing the heating chamber 5 behind a molding space 3 is provided. In an in-mold foaming mold, a plurality of partition heating chambers 5A, 5B are formed in the heating chamber 5. In the molding space 3 formed between the closed in-mold foaming molds, foamable synthetic resin material particles are charged. Thereafter, a heating medium is fed from one of the partition heating chambers to the other through the molding space 3, whereby the material particles are foamed to be fused to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
