ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATING DEVICE FOR HEATING CHINESE FRYING PAN

PURPOSE:To use an electromagnetic induction heating device for heating a Chinese frying pan also for an ordinary pan having a flat bottom for electromagnetic induction heat cooking devices by removing a Chinese frying pan support by setting magnetic force lines to reach far apart from a work coil for heating an edge of the Chinese frying pan. CONSTITUTION:A Chinese frying pan support 24 which is freely is put on a heat-insulation plate 26 having pan support stoppers 32. A work coil 28 for electromagnetic induction having a flat coil wound spirally is disposed under the heat insulation plate, and a ferrite core 30 is placed close to a lower part of the work coil. An outer diameter Dc of the work coil Dc is set to satisfy DcDp to the outermost diameter of the Chinese frying pan 10. The ferrite core is put on a coil support seat 34. The height of the pan support stopper is set to coincide with the position of a bottom surface in a recessed part of the Chinese frying pan support.
