COMPOSITE DUCTILE WATER-PROOF FILM OF CARBON FIBER AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PREVENTING WATER LEAKAGE THROUGH CONCRETE CRACK BY THE FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a composite high elongation water-proof carbon fiber film excellent in any of a weather-proof property, heat resisting property, chemical resistance like alkali resistance and strength while providing an engineering method excellent in the execution property using the same and capable of preventing satisfactorily water leakage. ;CONSTITUTION: A liquid mixture prepared by mixing hydrocabon system emulsion with rubber latex is applied to an unwoven carbon fiber cloth tied with resin. A composite high elongation water-proof carbon fiber film is prepared by impregnating the carbon fiber with the liquid mixture and drying it. Also, the film may be prepared by using the liquid mixture prepared by mixing further transition metal with the emulsion and latex. A primer layer 2 is formed on the surface of a concrete body 1 and one of these films is laid on the surface of the primer layer 2 to form a carbon fiber layer 3 and then a water-proof layer 4 is formed on the surface of the carbon fiber layer 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
