PURPOSE: To improve an effect of preventing water leakage while improving a weather resisting property, heawt resisting property and chemical resistance by restraining a water-proof layer from crack generating a crack accompanying the crack generation in a concrete skeleton. ;CONSTITUTION: The surface of a concrete skeleton 1 forms a primer layer 2 on the surface of which a nonwoven carbon fiber cloth tied with resin is laid. On the surface of the nonwoven carbon fiber cloth is applied a liquid mixture prepared by mixing hydrocarbon system emulsion, rubber latex and transition metal compound. After the nonwoven hydrocarbon cloth is impregnated with the liquid mixture to form a carbon fiber layer 3, a water-proof layer 4 is formed on the surface of the carbon fiber layer 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
