PURPOSE: To smoothly wind a pair of horizontal deflection yokes on an integrated type bobbin by protruding a nozzle from the neck side of the positionally fixed bobbin, and bending the nozzle top end to be faced to a winding groove on the neck side. ;CONSTITUTION: A bobbin 30 is set on a support means A with the neck down. The stick 6a of an air cylinder 6 is advanced, a bending plate 13 is bent with the shaft of a pulley 21 as a support point and matched to a determined communicating groove 30e for delivering a wire rod 23 where a nozzle 14 is faced to the winding groove 30b of the bobbin 30. The nozzle 14 is raised and horizontally moved to the neck inlet of the bobbin 30, and bobbin rotation is simultaneously conducted to fit the nozzle 14 to a communicating groove 30d on a screen side while putting the wire rod 23 into a winding groove 30c. Then, the top end of the nozzle 14 is reversed to the center of the bobbin 30, the wire rod 23 is put in a winding groove 30a, the bobbin 30 is rotated to circumferentially turn the wire rod 23, and the nozzles 14, 14 are guided to the determined groove 30d. The nozzles 14, 14 are guided in the central direction of the bobbin 30 while rotating to release the wire rod 23 from the groove 30d. The nozzle 14 is then lowered in the bobbin center while moving to put the wire rod 23 in the groove 30c on the inner surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
