ASSEMBLED COMPONENT FUSION DEVICE AND ASSEMBLED COMPONENT FUSION INFORMATION GENERATION DEVICE

PURPOSE: To shorten a fusion time and to facilitate a postprocessing by removing the concept of the fusion in assembled component units. ;CONSTITUTION: A duct shape is inputted S10, and rotary movement and parallel movement are performed to put sides of duct members one over the other or bring end points of the sides into contact with each other S20. Then the superposed sides are regarded as one side S30 and S40 and the sides which contact each other so that their end parts contains an obtuse angle larger than a specific angle are regarded as one side S60 and S70. Then fusion information based upon sides as units is generated S80 according to the sides which are put in one in the processes S40 and S70 and sides in their original states and the result is written S90 as data on a floppy disk. A fusing process is carried out by using the NC data to decrease the number of times of deceleration, speed up the process with a long fusion line, and eliminate a frame between components.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
