PURPOSE: To obtain a throttle valve controller with reduced weight and cost by using a bidirectional stepping motor for a throttle valve control mechanism and a counter for generating a virtual throttle position, instead of a position feedback sensor in the speed controller of an internal engine. ;CONSTITUTION: A magnetic pick-up circuit 34 generates a waveform signal with a frequency that is proportional to the speed of an internal engine 37, and the signal becomes a voltage that is inversely proportional to a speed and is offset by the adjustment voltage of a speed adjustment circuit 38 by an F/V converter 36. The voltage is attenuated by a gain block 41 and is inputted to a differential integrator S42, and a leading or trailing voltage waveform is generated, due to the comparison with a reference value and is inputted to a comparator 46 as a target throttle positioning signal via a low-pass filter 44. The comparator 46 compares the signal with a virtual throttle position signal, that is generated by an U/D counter 70 via a D/A converter 72, and a motor controller 66 processes the directional signal and step input and drives a stepping motor 24.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
