TISSUE CULTURE OF TREE-PEONY

摘要

PURPOSE: To promote the cell division and the proliferation of callus by adding methanol to the root of peony (Paeonia albiflora), adding an acidic fraction and neutral fraction of the obtained extract to a medium and culturing a culturing object of tree-peony on the medium. ;CONSTITUTION: Methanol is added to the root of peony and an acidic fraction and/or a neutral fraction of the obtained extract are added to a medium, on which a culturing object of tree-peony is cultured. The component in the acidic fraction suppresses the dissolution of phenol from the cut end of the divided tree-peony to prevent the acidification of the medium and the browning and withering of the cultured body and to enable the proliferation of the culturing object.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
