PURPOSE: To reduce the burden of a work table preparing person and to prevent an already allocated working site from being changed. ;CONSTITUTION: A schedule allocation processing part 14c allocates the legal inspection working site preceding to the other working sites based on data in a working site information storage part 11 for storing the name of a legal inspection work object building or the date of last time legal work or the like, qualification information storage part 12a for storing qualifications such as routine inspection qualifications as the executing qualifications of legal inspection for respective workers, and day-off information storage part 12b for storing the working conditions of the respective workers. This allocation is executed by deciding this time legal work date from the last time legal work date and selecting workers in respect to this legal work date from the qualification information and the day-off information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
