PURPOSE: To provide passenger facilities, those are, handrail rods and ring suspending facilities, at an upper part of a passage in a railway vehicle at a low cost. ;CONSTITUTION: A pipe 61d in contact with a ceiling 23 at an upper part of a passage, a pipe in contact with walls 22 on both sides of the passage, and pipes 61b, 61c connecting both to each other are constructed by bending a single pipe. A part in contact with the ceiling 23 or the wall 22 is fixed to the ceiling 23 or wall 22 by a fastening means penetrating the pipe. A pipe comprising a pipe 63a along the length of the passage and a pipe 63b along the width of the passage are provided integrally, and fixed to the pipe by a fastening means provided on the pipe and penetrating the pipe 63a. Need of weld for fixing means for the pipes 61, 63 is thus eliminated, and mirror finishing can be performed at a low cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
